Happily ageing involves many factors within your control-your attitudes, activities and relationships. No matter what stage of the ageing process you`re in right now, you can make lifestyle changes that will help.

  • Practices good health habits. Look for ways to in corporate regular exercise into your daily routine. Eat a balance diet: many nutrients can slow the ageing process. Get adequate rest.
  • Avoid alcohol, smoking. They only make young feel bad and slow down your thinking.
