Belching Solution

Some societies think belching is good for you – but if you cannot control your belching, then it is time to do something about it.

  • Begin by being aware of air swallowing. People who beach a lot swallow air along with their food.
  • Avoid carbonated beverages.
  • Eat slowly and chew your food.
  • Do not use chewing gum.
  • Decrease you intake of gassy foods, particularly those which includes fats and oils, such as sour cream, salad oil and margarine, and those you know produce gas, such as Brussels sprouts.
