CATARACTS Solution & example

Objects may appear clouded or may be see halos around light or rare troubled by glare. As you age, the lens of your eye becomes progressively opaque.
  • Research indicates that lack of vitamin B2 (riboflavin) may be responsible for cataracts. Try making 1 tablespoonful a day of brewer’s yeast.
  • Drop 2drops of castor oil into each eye at bed time. Continue the treatment for a month and see if you find it dissolving the cataract before opting for surgery.
  • Time is on your side. While a cataract can increasingly cloud the lens, it rarely damage other eye structures.
